Baby Memorial College of Nursing proudly received the Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework (KIRF) certificate in a ceremony held at Ernakulam. The prestigious recognition was accepted by the Principal, Prof(Dr)Roy K George and the KIRF nodal officer of the college, Prof.Agnet Beena Mani, marking a significant milestone in the institution's pursuit of excellence in nursing education.
KIRF was started by the Govt of Kerala in the lines of National Institutional Ranking Frame work(NIRF) and the first ever ranking was done in 2024.A total of 449 universities and colleges participated in the ranking.Out of 29 nursing colleges participated, we got a front line top position in Band 2.
Baby Memorial College of Nursing is known for quality nursing education since its inception. The Internal Quality Assurance Committee is active in the institution which continuously monitors and arranges quality initiatives in order to raise out curricular, co-curricular and all other activities to the highest possible level.
Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) has accredited this institution the highest grade (A+) in April 2022, one of the first colleges to be accredited by the university. In 2024 surveillance audit done by the university also was highly successful and rewarding which motivate the institution to continue its pursuit for raising quality standards to more higher levels.
