Library

The Library of College of Nursing is fully equipped and spacious with an excellent collection of authentic reference books (5000+ +) and large number of national and international journals. Spacious reading hall with plenty of broad band connections for internet use make the library the heart of this academic campus. Periodically new books are added to the library to update the knowledge resource. Library is open from 09:00 a.m. – 09:00 p.m. everyday to enable students and faculty to utilize the facilities to the maximum

Laboratories

Preclinical Lab (FON)

The college boasts of a well equipped preclinical lab with various equipments and manikins for familiarization with nursing skills before the actual clinical practice in hospital.

Medical Surgical Nursing Lab

The Medical-Surgical Nursing Lab at our College of Nursing is a dedicated space where students practice vital clinical skills in a simulated hospital environment. This lab provides hands-on experience in patient care, allowing students to refine their techniques and apply classroom knowledge under expert guidance before transitioning to real clinical settings.

Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing Lab

This lab is a specialized facility where students gain practical experience in maternal and newborn care. This lab simulates real-life scenarios, allowing students to practice skills such as prenatal assessments, labor and delivery management, and newborn care, all under the supervision of experienced faculty.

Paediatric Nursing Lab

This is a dedicated lab for students to develop skills in caring for infants, children, and adolescents. In this lab, students practice essential techniques such as pediatric assessments, medication administration, and family-centered care, all within a simulated environment designed to reflect real pediatric settings.

Community Health Nursing Lab

The Community Health Nursing Lab focuses on equipping students with the skills needed for public health and community-based care. In this lab, students engage in activities such as health assessments, disease prevention, and health promotion strategies, preparing them to work effectively in diverse community settings and address the health needs of populations.

Mental Health Nursing Lab

The Mental Health Nursing Lab at our College of Nursing is a specialized environment where students learn and practice skills essential for providing mental health care. The lab offers simulated scenarios that help students develop therapeutic communication techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and holistic care approaches for individuals with mental health conditions, all under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Simulation Lab

The simulation lab in our college is a controlled environment designed to replicate real-world clinical scenarios for nursing students. Equipped with advanced mannequins and medical devices, this lab enables students to engage in hands-on learning, applying theoretical knowledge to realistic situations without risking patient safety.

Computer Lab

A well equipped computer lab intended to impart all the essential computer skill training fully caters to the requirement of students.

Student's Hostel

BMCON is attached with 500+ capacity ladies hostel with all the necessary facilities for comfortable accommodation of students. The hostel is situated in the same academic campus and is equipped with facilities for diversional activities.

Indoor badminton court

The indoor badminton court at the college of nursing features a wooden flooring, clear boundary lines and bright lighting. The space is designed for recreational play, with a simple, clean setup and proper ventilation for comfort.

Table tennis, chess and carrom

Our college provides facilities for table tennis, chess and carrom, offering students opportunities to engage in recreational activities that promote mental sharpness and physical agility. These games are not only a source of relaxation but also foster strategic thinking,focus and teamwork, contributing to overall well-being among students
