Baby Memorial College of Nursing (BMCON) commenced in 2002 has emerged as a leading institution in nursing education not only in Kerala but also in the nursing education scenario of the country.

With excellent clinical facilities of BMH comparable to international standards, the students of BMCON are blessed with world class facilities in clinical practice. Our faculty are the best in class in the field with professors leading each of our department. In addition to achieving excellent results in University examinations including many top ranks in University, our students are developed as all rounders and multi-talented professionals. Co-curricular and extra curricular activities are planned in a way that each student gets enough opportunity to develop to their maximum potentials.

As a University approved Research Centre, the first Research Centre under Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), many candidates are pursuing their PhD. Already two candidates have completed their PhD and many are in the pipeline. In addition to ongoing in house projects, collaboration with National and International institutions or organizations helps in getting grants for research projects and many such projects are in different phases of implementation in this institution.

With all required affiliation and accreditation from Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC), Thiruvananthapuram, Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur, the college also boats of highest grade (A+) in Quality Assurance System (QAS) accreditation of KUHS.
